LOL I remember when my car alarm decided to take a nap while someone tried to break in. I guess it was in "silent mode" or thought it was on vacation! It’s like these systems have a mind of their own sometimes. I hope you get it sorted out soon.

I faced the same issue with my sunroof a while back where it would randomly close even when it was fully shut. I found that resetting the sunroof helped...usually, you can do this by holding the button in the closed position for a few seconds...

It’s funny how I find it a bit slow, while you think it’s aggressive. Lol

I doubt it’s related to the battery cooling. My i4 has a similar setup, and I’ve never heard that boomy sound. Do you notice the noise when preconditioning the car, or is it only after driving for a while? It could help narrow things down.

I’m curious about the tire options for my car. Since all four of my 18" rims use the same size tire, would it be possible to put 245s on all four 19" rims? Or do I need to stick with the 255s on the rear? Having all four tires the same size would really simplify things for rotation, and I’ve...

hmmm I had the same issue with the passenger-side door lock on my car, it would make a loud noise when locking, and I thought something was seriously wrong....turns out it was just a loose screw that needed tightening, and after that, it was perfectly quiet!

The steering should pretty much center itself within a few degrees....usually just needs the front wheel caster angle checked.
