Lift Gate Window Smashed - Car Alarm Fail!

Yesterday, some jerk smashed the lift gate window on my car, even though it was locked and the alarm was on. But here's the weird part - the alarm didn’t go off, and I didn’t get any notifs in my app.
Has anyone else dealt with this kind of nonsense? Is this just how these alarm systems roll? So frustrating!

Unfortunately, the app doesn’t have a notif feature for when the alarm is activated. It looks like it’s missing that push functionality, so you’ll have to hop into the app yourself to check in with your ride.

LOL I remember when my car alarm decided to take a nap while someone tried to break in. I guess it was in "silent mode" or thought it was on vacation! It’s like these systems have a mind of their own sometimes. I hope you get it sorted out soon.
